What is Right to Manage

Carmel House is managed by a company made up of the leaseholders, Carmel House (Hove) RTM Company Limited. Every leaseholder is given the option to become a member of the company which entitles them to have a vote on the running of the building. The members appoint directors (other leaseholders or their relatives) to act on their behalf.

We currently have 4 experienced directors that run the company and take part in the decision making.
